Special Inspections:
A special inspection is a building permit requirement and must be completed by a registered design professional. Marra Engineering will act as Owner’s agent to provide inspection of the materials, installation, fabrication, erection, and placement of components. We will also provide construction documents and referenced standards during construction.
Building Inspections:
Before you purchase that warehouse have Marra Engineering determine the structural integrity and energy efficiency of the building. Do you plan on heavy storage on the second floor elevated slab? We will determine the allowable floor loading.
